When we look at these economic times and the difficulties that people are having, it becomes pretty easy to see what those whose business is thriving are doing right and what those whose business is struggling perhaps should have or could have done differently. What many of those who are thriving during these times have been to do is to identify some “Best Practices”. What I would like to do is to dedicate my next several blog articles to with you some of these best practices.
The first one, as mentioned in my last blog article, is to start with a Business Plan. For quick reference please refer to my previous blog article, “Growing Your Business in Tough Economic Times.”
The next Best Practice would be to specifically identify what products and services you are going to offer to your clientele. This may sound like a no-brainer, but it never ceases to amaze me how few Professional Health Practitioners actually have identified this very important piece of their business. So many bounce from thing to thing, constantly looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow instead of making a decision as a starting point to offer something that will act as a foundation for their growth and success. Another way of looking at this is to identify what your Core Business is and to surround that core business with specific strategies for growth.
When you have identified what your Core Business is, then you have actually created a foundation for successful growth, including through tough economic times such as we all face today.
We would welcome the opportunity to share with you more details about identifying what your Core Business is; simply call us or your representative. Incidentally, during these times a great strategy would be to at all times honor your Core Business.

Ive been working with Chuck and Lara to help organize and grow my clinic…something medical school didn’t exactly prepare me for. I greatly appreciate his wisdom which is full of integrity and common sense. We are now making the changes I have been trying to implement for 3 years but just didn’t know how to get done. We’ve made more progress in the last 4 months than the last 3 years. Many thanks to Energetix for providing this kind of support. We all succeed because of it.

Thanks for your recent conversations about my business plan! Can’t wait to implement our ideas and strategies.
Having just returned from a trip to Miami and visiting with MANY clinics I see more clearly what causes Doctors to really succeed while others struggle.
Chuck offers a completely unique approach to owning and operating a Health Clinic – if you’ve not spoken with him personally you want to take advantage of his wisdom and connect with your Sales Rep.
I’ve seen amazing things happen for Doctors who are willing to listen and certainly apply what Chuck is giving!
