Energetix Sponsors Animal Research Project
Vickey Russell of Blue Dog Academy in Murrayville, GA, trains sheep dogs and got into shepherding so the dogs would have a flock to work. A portion of Vickey’s flock is participating in a study to see if Energetix remedies can reduce infection rates for some of the common parasites sheep encounter.
New Horizons in Patient Compliance
In April, Vickey Russell, owner of Blue Dog Academy volunteered to assist Energetix in a study to see if some of the Energetix homeopathic and botanical remedies could help fortify sheep to better resist certain parasites. In particular, a round worm named “Haemonchus Contortis” that is believed to be developing resistance to current drug therapies. Counting Sheep
It is 100 degrees and nearly 100% humidity, not ideal conditions to be chasing a flock of sheep with an eyedropper of tincture! Ensuring that patients are taking their remedies is a challenge for all practitioners, but when you’re treating animals you sometimes have to get inventive.
